9,995 single family/patio homes sold through the Pikes Peak MLS during 2007. This was greater than the total 2002 sales of 9,750 homes, but fewer than the total number of homes sold each year from 2003 through 2006. 2005 was our record year, when 13,124 homes sold.
644 single family/patio homes sold in December. Both the average ($253,965) and the median ($214,882) prices were up from October and November.
There were 5,385 active listings in December; July had the year's highest number of active listings with 7,065.
